Auditing and Quality Control

How we achieve nearly 100% accurate distribution, 100% of the time.

4 levels of verification

We ensure complete and accurate delivery with four levels of distribution and verification:

  1. Our uniformed, trained delivery personal professionals distribute all media pieces wearing GPS units and verified clickers that ping at the front door — not the sidewalk.
  2. On-site, employee supervisors manage crews, develop plans, write daily reports, and verify delivery.
  3. Our California-based auditing center monitors live feeds of walker and auditor data to immediately identify and issue corrections through our on-the-ground staff.
  4. Quality control employee auditors verify accurate distribution and upload photo evidence and real-time reports to the client portal.

Highly-trained auditors

Power Direct marketing auditors are responsible for in-market supervision of delivery crews during the distribution of media to the front doors of residences. Auditors verify the accuracy of delivery amounts based on personal observation and the aid of GPS units in the field.

The auditors work directly with the crews in the field to maintain PDM delivery standards while acting in a quality compliance capacity. Auditors are in constant communication with our in-house GPS team to ensure quality and accurate distribution based on the detailed targeting mapping. The GPS department works as a team with the auditors which gives them the ability to have eyes in the field as well as in the office.

Daily Auditing Reports

As part of our monitoring the quality of distribution in the field, our Auditors provide the internal Operations and GPS teams with the following reports on a daily basis:

    • Prior to the daily delivery commencing
    • Spot checks throughout the day
    • End of the day reconciliation of product
  • Daily crew meetings with the walkers
    • Review previous day’s performance
    • Corrections as needed
  • Incident Reports along with corrections made to rectify problems
  • Weather delays: Documentation from
  • GPS equipment issues and resolutions
